Choose from a selection of either two or three bedroom individually furnished self-catering waterfront apartments. Friendly professional management and staff are on site and always happy to offer advice and assistance.
Laguna Grove Holiday Rentals currently comprises 14 Self-Catering apartments spread over 3 blocks containing 48 Individually owned apartments. As such it is important to note that during your stay there are Owners in residence, residential tenants as well as fellow holiday makers. Please be duly considerate, at all hours, to all residents with respect to activities that may cause a Nuisance.
Laguna Grove Property is monitored by 31 camera's stategically positioned inside the property. Despite this we still ask you to be vigilant at all times and do not create oportunity for anyone.
Laguna Grove has a NO NOISE policy after 10pm.
Please DO NOT SMOKE inside the apartments.
All apartments include:
- 3-Bedroom with 2 bathrooms.
- 2-bedroom with 1 bathroom.
- Open plan lounge and dining areas.
- Fully fitted kitchens and fully Self Catering.
- Complimentary Starter Pack of coffee, tea, milk, sugar and toilet paper is supplied.
- WIFI is provided to each apartment either by Fixed LTE 4G Capped data or Uncapped data in certain apartments. This means each Fixed LTE apartment may use 1GB of data per day FREE. Data usage cannot be controlled daily, therefore we request our guest’s integrity to use data carefully. 1GB of data will provide enough for basic holiday usage, not NETFLIX, live streaming, or the like thereof. All guests may however purchase extra data at any time during office hours by calling 0722490483 and requesting a TOP UP purchase. This must be settled by EFT or cash. Extra data can be purchased during office hours.

Season Definitions
- Peak Season: 13 December to 10 January
- Low Peak Season: Easter Weekend, Oyster Festival Weekends and Knysna Hillclimb.
- Mid Season: 11 January to 30 April & 16 September to 13 December, Oyster Festival Weekdays (excluding Easter Weekend) and School Holidays.
- Low Season: 1 May to 15 September (excluding Simola Hill Climb & Oyster Festival Weekends).
Please note:
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
- Balance payable 15 days prior to arrival.
- Right of Admission reserved.
- A Departure/Cleaning Service Fee of R520 will be charged for all stays.
- We have a minimum 2-nights stay policy and 7 nights stay during Peak Season.
- NO GROUP BOOKINGS allowed for Year End functions, religious celebrations or large gatherings of any kind.
- A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 can be charged for group bookings.
- A unique access pin code including Self-Check-in details to be sent via WhatsApp for all arrivals.
- NO Cleaning services on Sundays.
- NO SMOKING allowed inside the apartments.
- NO noise, loud music or parties after 10pm. RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED.

- Long Term Stays are also available on request.

On confirmed bookings the following cancellation policy will apply
- 0 - 30 Days - 0% of deposit refundable
- 31 - 60 Days - 50% of deposit refundable
- 61 - 90 Days - 75% of deposit refundable
- over 90 Days - 95% of deposit refundable
PLEASE ADVISE OF ANY ADDITIONAL cleaning services required, as they must be pre-booked.
- Daily Clean - 2 hour service covering kitchen & bathrooms only: R 220
- Full Clean - 4 hour service includes Daily Clean and cleaning of all rooms, as well as making up beds: R 320
No cleaning services on Weekends or Public Holidays which includes Christmas and New Years day.

* We have baby Cots, high chairs, strollers and baby baths available for hire.
WiFi Policy

- This means each holiday apartment may use 1GB of FREE data per day. This cannot be controlled daily therefore we request our guest’s honesty and integrity to use data carefully. You will be notified and charged for extra data.
