Knysna Lagoon Self Catering Apartments and Holiday Accommodation. Our unique location at the Knysna Waterfront means that every apartment has uninterrupted breathtaking views of the lagoon, the Heads and the quays.
Each privately owned fully Self-Catering Waterfront Apartment is uniquely different.
Begin your day by taking in the early morning sun rising over the Knysna Heads and unwind in the evening by the waters edge.  Many attractions are within safe and easy walking distance of your apartment!
Choose from a selection of either two or three bedroom individually furnished self-catering waterfront apartments. Friendly professional management and staff are on site and always happy to offer advice and assistance.

Laguna Grove Holiday Rentals currently comprises 14 Self-Catering apartments spread over 3 blocks containing 48 Individually owned apartments. As such it is important to note that during your stay there are Owners in residence, residential tenants as well as fellow holiday makers. Please be duly considerate, at all hours, to all residents with respect to activities that may cause a Nuisance.

 

All apartments include:

  • 3-Bedroom with 2 bathrooms.
  • 2-bedroom with 1 bathroom.
  • Open plan lounge and dining areas.
  • Fully fitted kitchens and catering equipment.
  • Complimentary Starter Pack of coffee, tea, milk, sugar and toilet paper is supplied.
  • Wireless Internet is provided with a limited ‘Free’ Wi-Fi service where we offer guests 1GB free data per apartment per day. Extra data can be purchased during office hours.
  • DSTV.
  • Weber Braai facilities using Charcoal or Briquettes only.
  • White linen and white bathroom towels are provided.
  • Apartments serviced every 4th day included for stays longer than 7 days.

Season Definitions

  • Peak Season: 16 December 2021 to 06 January 2022
  • Low Peak Season: Easter Weekend, Oyster Festival Weekends and Knysna Hillclimb.
  • Mid Season: 07 January to 30 April & 16 September to 15 December, Oyster Festival Weekdays (excluding Easter Weekend) and School Holidays.
  • Low Season: 1 May to 15 September (excluding Oyster Festival Weekends).

Please note:

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation
  • Balance payable 10-15 days prior to arrival
  • Right of Admission reserved
  • We accept Visa and Mastercard
  • A Departure/Cleaning Service Fee of R400 will be charged for all stays.
  • We have a minimum 2-nights stay policy.
  • Self-Check-in details to be sent via sms or email for all arrivals on weekdays after 16h30, Weekends and all Public Holidays.
  • Please wear Face Masks when outside of your apartment.

On confirmed bookings the following cancellation policy will apply

  •  0 - 30 Days - 0% of deposit refundable
  •  31 - 60 Days - 50% of deposit refundable
  •  61 - 90 Days - 75% of deposit refundable
  •  over 90 Days - 95% of deposit refundable

Extra Cleaning Services available on request only and must be pre-arranged with management.

  1. Daily Clean - 2 hour service - kitchen & bathrooms and making of beds:   R 150.00
  2. Daily Clean - 4 hour service - 1. above plus rest of apartment:   R 250.00
  3. Full day Cleaning Service including washing and ironing R 350.00
  4. Departure/Cleaning fee is not included in accommodation rate.

Baby Equipment
* We have baby Cots, high chairs, strollers and baby baths available for hire.

WiFi Policy

  • Our WiFi service offers 1 GB free data per apartment per day, extra data can be purchased during office hours.  See the brochure inside your apartment for more information.  We do not provide unlimited data, therefore do not encourage steaming, or Netflix.
